Part-time or Full-time Client Service Representative

We are a busy, privately owned small animal veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with animal and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer phone and respond to emails.

• Schedule appointments and manage daily appointments.

• Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records.

• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff to ensure efficient patient care.

• Assist clients with prescription refills, food orders, and general inquiries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.
